Presentation
Marie-Laure Brunet grew up in the heart of the Pyrenees, a place where nature shapes character and fuels ambition. At an early age, she found in skiing, and later biathlon, the perfect outlet for her high standards.
A member of the French national team from 2006 to 2014, she established herself as one of the world's best, thanks to her precision shooting and consistency on the skis. A two-time Olympic medalist in Vancouver (2010) and multiple World Championship medalist, she embodies the discipline and self-mastery required at the highest level.
After years among the world’s biathlon elite, navigating the extreme demands of high-level sport and the burnout that can come with it, she retired from competition in 2014. This turning point marked the beginning of a new chapter, dedicated to understanding the mechanics of performance and turning her experience into expertise.
Now trained in mental coaching, she works with elite athletes and businesses to develop sustainable performance. As Chair of the Board of Directors of the École Nationale des Sports de Montagne (National Mountain Sports School), Marie-Laure champions a responsible, deeply human vision of sport and the mountains. These are the very values we are proud to share alongside her.
