Why choose a Rab jacket?
All the expertise of the brand in a Rab jacket
The Rab adventure began in the 1970s in Argentina, where Rab Carrington started making sleeping bags to earn money while waiting for his gear, which was stuck in the UK due to a strike. Upon returning from his South American adventure, Rab continued to make sleeping bags for himself and his loved ones. Gradually, demand increased, and he founded Rab, his company. Very quickly, the products diversified, and Rab jackets emerged. Like the rest of the brand's products, Rab jackets are a mark of quality and are recognized in the sports textile field. By choosing a Rab jacket, you can be sure of the gear you take with you.
The Rab jacket will keep you warm no matter what
The primary goal of a Rab jacket is to keep you warm. This is exactly what the brand created the Rab Latok Jacket for men. With its adjustable hood and hem tightening systems at the cuffs, this Rab jacket will retain your body heat to the maximum, ensuring a successful adventure. For women, the Rab Valliance Jacket will keep you warm in all circumstances.
The Rab jacket will protect you from moisture
Moisture in the high mountains is the number one enemy, and Rab understands this well. That’s why a Rab jacket is waterproof: to protect you from this moisture, which heralds cold. Ideal for meeting this need, the Firewall Jacket for men is a waterproof Rab jacket that will protect you in all circumstances. The waterproofing of a Rab jacket is not only verified by the fabric used but also by the other components of the jacket. This Rab jacket, for example, is equipped with a waterproof front zip and a rain-protected ventilation system that allows it to remain breathable. Thus, the Firewall Jacket is a waterproof and breathable Rab jacket that will protect you from the moisture of your environment as well as from perspiration. This Rab jacket is also available for women, in a cut adapted to the female form: the Rab Firewall Jacket for women.
The Rab jacket, the assurance of staying warm and dry throughout your effort
As you will have understood, opting for a Rab jacket is a guarantee of quality. The Rab jacket will keep you warm in all circumstances, even in the heaviest downpours. Whether you're heading for a Crossing of the Arêtes du Gerbier or an Ascent of the Brec du Chambeyron in Ubaye, the Rab jacket will be your best ally!
