The Northwind Hybrid Jacket by Orage is a lightweight men's synthetic jacket designed as a mid-layer for intense skiing. Its 90 g/m² PrimaLoft ThermoPlume insulation keeps you warm while remaining lightweight and compressible, so you can forget about it at the bottom of your bag until it becomes indispensable.
During a skinning ascent, the Drirelease stretch side panels allow your torso to breathe: sweat is wicked away, the fabric dries quickly, and you avoid getting chilled once you reach the summit. The ripstop fabric resists tears, a real advantage when weaving through trees. The PFC-free water-repellent treatment makes light snow bead up, and the YKK zippered pockets keep your small items well protected.
It is aimed at advanced to expert skiers, both for ski touring and off-piste. Paired with a waterproof shell jacket, it forms a solid duo for days when the mountain shows its teeth.
