The Mountain Trainer Mid GTX from Salewa is a mid-cut hiking boot designed for technical day hikes, via ferrata, and multi-day treks. It features 3F technology, which connects the sole, heel, and lacing system to provide precision, flexibility, and complete support for the foot and ankle.

In terms of waterproofing, the breathable Gore-Tex® membrane allows you to cross a stream, a muddy trail, or endure a downpour without a second thought. Underfoot, the Vibram® Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) sole provides the grip and durability needed on rocky or wet terrain, while maintaining precise footing with every step. The Bilight Technology dual-density midsole molds to the shape of the foot and cushions the walk, regardless of the journey's length.
