The Ortovox Swisswool Zinal winter jacket for men is labeled Swisswool: a guarantee that the wool culture is done using traditional methods, with a lower environmental impact and respecting animals. Sheep wool has excellent insulating properties even when it becomes wet. It is also thermo-regulating and remains comfortable even during intense efforts. The outer fabric of this winter jacket, Pertex Quantum, is a good windbreaker. The PFC-free DWR treatment protects you from moisture in an eco-friendly way. You can also keep your ears warm thanks to the drawstring for the hood. On the hood closure, merino mesh inserts protect the front of your chin. On the sleeves: the cuffs are adjustable with an elastic cuff to prevent drafts. The jacket also gives you very good freedom of movement and has a merino wool lining reinforcement on the back if you venture into more technical passages. All these features make this jacket an excellent companion for skiing down snowy slopes.
