Thanks to a combination of three layers of foam, the result of extensive research by the Petzl teams, the Alto offers exceptional cushioning during bouldering falls. It is designed as a single piece without folds to provide uniform cushioning across the entire surface. You don't always land perfectly when you fall!
Its patented folding system extends the foam's lifespan and offers a clever and practical storage space when the crashpad is closed.
Easy and comfortable to carry, the Alto features adjustable chest and waist belts as well as wide shoulder straps, which are highly appreciated during approach walks.
