Uvex
Uvex, the German quality for your adventures
The brand was established in 1926 with the primary mission: "protecting people". It was born from a desire to develop protective eyewear of all types. From the very beginning, Uvex experienced significant success, particularly with its anti-fog sunglasses and ski goggles. The brand emphasizes two main points: the quality and safety of its products.
The Uvex group specializes in high-intensity sports: skiing, cycling, and more. The German brand designs a wide range of innovative and high-quality products with a high level of protection. Choosing this brand means opting for expertise and craftsmanship in protective equipment.
There are two product ranges: Uvex Sports (bike helmets, sunglasses, and ski goggles) and Uvex Safety (protective gloves, safety shoes, etc.). You can find the entire range of outdoor sports and leisure equipment on Hardloop. Whether you are a cyclist, skier, or snowboarder, you will find all your essentials to stay safe during your activities.
You will find what you need for head or eye protection in the Uvex equipment range. Since the early 2000s, the brand has collaborated with numerous athletes to design innovative and protective products. These various partnerships have allowed it to create ultra-performing products for outdoor sports.
Uvex: unmatched craftsmanship and quality
Why choose an Uvex ski helmet?
For freeride or piste, the Uvex ski helmets are an essential protection. They have an excellent reputation in the industry, and for good reason, they use very advanced technologies. For example, they utilize an In-Mold construction that results in a unique molding between the outer and inner shell of the helmet. This construction aims to significantly reduce the helmet's weight and offers ideal ventilation during intense efforts.
For some models, there is a Hybrid construction that combines ABS and In-Mold: a perfect blend for protection in case of a fall. The German brand's ski helmets are also equipped with the monomatic closure system, which can be opened and closed with one hand.
We recommend the Uvex Ultra, a high-performing model equipped with an IAS adjustment system that allows you to perfectly fit your Uvex helmet to your head. Also, discover on our site the entire range of ski helmets with visors from the brand: very practical if you wear prescription glasses and do not wish to wear ski goggles.
Uvex ski goggles: for vision in all conditions
This spirit of innovation is also reflected in its range of ski goggles. Uvex is particularly known for its Supravision® technology, which prevents fogging on its ski goggles. You can also find goggles adapted to your practice and the lighting conditions when you ski.
For unparalleled precision on the slopes, we recommend the Downhill 2100 CV ski goggles. They feature Colorvision® technology that enhances colors and contrasts on the slopes, regardless of the weather conditions.
