Although the Karpos brand has existed since 2007, its story begins long before. In 1946, the Cremonese family established a wool spinning mill in Fonzaso, a small Italian town at the foot of the Dolomites. A few years later, the son of the founders, a keen sports enthusiast, participated in a cross-country skiing race wearing a suit made from stretch fabric, offering a freedom of movement never seen before. This marked the beginning of the adventure. After creating various sportswear brands dedicated to cycling, the Cremonese family decided to launch a new range focused on the mountains: Karpos. Engaged in 2017 and ending far too soon, this collaboration was a real turning point for the family business. It marked the launch of the Highest range, demonstrating the brand's strength in terms of innovations, research, and technologies.
