Its 60 g/m² Aerius™ synthetic insulation retains heat while remaining lightweight and compact. The Helium 20D fabric cuts the wind and allows moisture vapor to escape during exertion. The full-length, double-sided YKK zippers open completely for putting on or taking off the pants without removing skis or crampons. Their insulating flaps minimize heat loss at the closures. For cold weather mountain outings where an insulating layer needs to be accessible, this model packs into its back pocket. Its elastic and adjustable waistband makes it easy to wear over existing clothing layers.
