When an extra warm layer is all you need, the Earthrise Vest provides insulation without unnecessarily weighing down your gear. This women's down vest contains 69 g of down with a fill power of at least 700 cuin, distributed in narrow baffles to maintain a good balance between warmth, weight, and packability. This vest can be easily worn on its own in cool weather or under a jacket when temperatures drop.

The Earthrise range uses 100% recycled down, selected to meet Mountain Equipment's quality standards and reduce the need for new down. The Earthrise 20D outer fabric, also lightweight and breathable, is combined with a PFC-free DWR treatment to better withstand light rain and snow. This vest can also be packed into one of its side pockets, equipped with carabiner loops, for easy transport.

Designed for alpine climbing and mountain sports, the Earthrise Vest is a versatile insulating layer for hiking and mountaineering. Two zipped side pockets and an inner pocket keep essentials within reach, while the elastic armholes and drawcord hem help keep the vest well-fitted and limit cold air entry.
