In-Mold Construction: during the in-mold manufacturing process, the outer polycarbonate shell is fused with the foam liner that absorbs the helmet's impacts, creating an ultra-lightweight outer shell. With reduced weight and volume around the head, in-mold helmets are more comfortable than traditional helmets.
