The Vibram® XS Grip rubber and the LaSpoflex 1.1 mm midsole make it quite stiff, allowing you to focus your weight on the tiniest holds without overly tiring your foot over time. The women's climbing shoe differs from its male counterpart as it is less rigid. It is made with lighter materials capable of adapting to very different holds, even when the pressure exerted on the shoe is lower.
